Item 5 was very different from other movers who let another company process claims. Why even worry about having to deal with that? Please keep doing this: Communication. Andrew in the office is a beast. Email, callbacks, vms. All the hits, all the big ones. Only thing I paused at: I was expecting to get started at 9:30a and it was closer to 10. This wasn't bad, but during scheduling maybe the expectation could be "between 9:30-10" instead of "around 9:30". Not a diss, worth waiting.
